Cancellations: We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.



Walk ins: Walk ins are always welcome.

Children: We love children! however, unless your child is receiving services, we ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. Our clients look forward to their salon experience as personal 'pampering' time, and the salon environment can be dangerous even to the best behaved children.

Returns or exchanges: Exchanges will be honored with receipt for up to 30 days following purchase. Refunds are not accepted.
